We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So here is a list of most commonly asked questions and answers to help you while visiting our site.
- When will my order ship? Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business day after you complete your purchase.
- What shipping carrier do you use? We use USPS for all shipments.
- What are your shipping costs? Standard shipping is $5.00 and usually takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is $10.00 and may take 2-4 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00.
- Where do you ship to? We ship anywhere within the continuous United States of America.
- How do I track my order? After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You will also receive an email when your package is delivered to ensure you have received it.
- What forms of payment are accepted? We accept all major credit cards.
- Do you have a retail store? No, though we plan to participate in some pop-up shops in the future. In those cases, we will also accept cash.
- Do you sell gift cards? No, we do not currently offer gift cards.
- I'm sending this as a gift, do you include price information in the package? No worries! Our orders are shipped with a packing slip that does not include pricing.
